| This striker knife was inspired by a historical example. It is about 7 1/2" inches long overall with about 3 1/2 inches of that being the cutting edge. The blade is hardened & tempered to hold a long lasting razor sharp edge while the striking surface is kept hard to throw lots of fiery sparks. |

Although there are no actual historical designs like this one, it is well within the capabilities of forge work during age of the flint & steel. This striker knifes tail is curl and filed worked for grip and looks. It is about 7 1/2" inches long overall with about 3 1/2 inches of that being the cutting edge.
