| All my tools are unique original designs, handcrafted personally by me, to ensure individual quality and workmanship. Your piece will be tested for functionality, reliability and durability and is guaranteed to work before shipping. Please know ahead of time that as with all hand made items, the items that I make will vary slightly, although most do not notice any difference, or in some cases, my skills have gotten better since the photos here were taken and you might receive a slightly nicer item. But there is no significant difference. I am as prompt as I can be getting to my orders, in most cases it is made the day or the day after the order. Sometimes one might be on hand. With custom orders, I try not to guarantee a turn around time due to of unforeseen events but typically I am finished in a couple weeks, with the exception of ordering special materials that I don't have on hand or am short on but I do my best to let you know if there will be any delay before you place your order. I do guarantee the items that I make against workmanship flaws. I will service or replace the item for free for as long as I am physically capable to do so. If you want a money refund, I grant money returns on items within 60 days from the shipping date. After this time, I will service or replace the items I make depending on the problem. I guarantee I will replace the items that I make if they fail from workmanship if I can not service them. That could be a new string gasket wrap on a fire piston or maybe a new rod that you accidentally broke when learning how to use your fire piston, or whatever it might have been. For routine maintenance, such as a gasket rewrap, I don't charge you. For accidental damage the charge is based on the repair needing to be done. After I see the item, before I fix it, I can tell you the cost of the repair. |
