Many pieces come with a small hole so that when you have completed the fire piston, you find that it has blow out and will not work. Horn is harder on the tools and can be a touch tricker to lathe than wood. Thirty to fifty percent of the horn received will not work turn into a suitable fire piston and becomes horn beads. |
